- NORMAL DELIVERY TIME ON MOST ORDERS IS 1-3 WEEKS AFTER PAYMENT CLEARS.
This delivery info is stated on every page of our site (see the footer) and multiple times during the checkout process.
- RUSH ORDERS ARE NOT AVAILABLE. If Express Shipping is an option for your order, it will be displayed during checkout. If it is not available, it will not be displayed during checkout. Besides, that's like cutting in line at the theater... it just isn't fair to those already waiting.
- You can track the status of your order (pending, processing, or shipped) in the "Account" area (in the top nav). Normal delivery time on most orders is 2-4 weeks after payment clears. This delivery info is stated on every page of our site (see the footer) and multiple times during the checkout process. (Do you get the feeling we get asked this a lot?)
- We don't have a store, just this website. Online orders only, no phone orders accepted.
- If a catalog is empty, we are out of stock. We should restock soon. We usually restock twice a month.
- We do offer Custom Patches, but only for a minimum of 50 piece orders (no single custom patches). Click Here for more info.
