SciFiGeeks.com gladly offers standard (United States Postal Service) First Class shipping on all domestic (USA Only Orders).
PATCHES ship for FREE only to our customers within the USA. International orders and all other items will be charged a standard shipping fee based on the size/weight of the item and the appropriate handling for each item (i.e. bubble wrap for breakable items, larger boxes for oversized items, etc...)
Standard shipping time is normally 2-4 weeks. (You should allow for this shipping time when placing an order for a special event, party or convention.)
From time-to-time, we will post special shipping notices on our homepage, alerting customers of delays in order processing or shipping. Please check our homepage prior to submitting your order.
Most international orders will ship USPS, as well. We will contact you should your order be large enough to require additional international shipping.
Rush orders are not available. If Express Shipping is an option for your order, it will be displayed during checkout. If it is not available, it will not be displayed during checkout.
SciFiGeeks.com cannot guarantee delivery on our orders dispatched without an Express Shipping option. If your order qualifies for Express Shipping, you will be given that option upon checkout. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of local customs offices for international orders.

If you're not satisfied with your patch(es) or pin(s), simply return them to us within three days and we'll refund your original purchase price (not including shipping).
Returns of patches and pins must be in original condition, not sewn, glued, taped, stapled, folded or altered in any way.
ALL OTHER ITEMS ARE SOLD IN "AS IS" CONDITION. Due to the nature of some of these collectibles, we may not be able to offer you a replacement product. Communicate your concerns with us about your return and we will work with you to the best of our abilities.
ALL RETURNS MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A RETURN AUTHORIZATION LETTER! We WILL NOT accept any returns not accompanied by a Return Authorization Letter. So, how do you get one of these letters? Simple! Just ask!
If you're not happy, just contact us and request a Return Authorization Letter. We'll e-mail you a letter you can print out and send back in with your return.
Once we receive your return with your Return Authorization Letter, we will issue you a refund equal to your original purchase price. |
